Cornet Technology Inc. has moved to a larger facility at 7600 Boston Boulevard in Springfield, Virginia. The expanded space increases the company’s capacity for engineering, development, manufacturing, operations, testing, and customer support.

“Our move to this larger facility is a direct reflection of the growth we have experienced and the confidence our customers have placed in us,” said Nat Krishnan, Chief Executive Officer of Cornet. “This expansion gives us the space and resources we need to continue delivering the high level of quality, responsiveness, and innovation our customers expect, while creating an even stronger experience for new customers as they partner with us.”

Cornet celebrated the move with Congressman James R. Walkinshaw and Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chairman Jeffrey C. McKay.

“It was a pleasure to celebrate with the Cornet Technology team and welcome them to their new home in Springfield,” said Congressman Walkinshaw. “For decades, this local small business has developed secure communications technology for servicemembers and first responders. Congratulations to the entire team on this exciting new chapter.”

“Cornet Technology is a great Fairfax County success story. It is an innovative company that has grown here while taking on some of our nation’s most demanding security challenges,” said Chairman McKay. “For more than three decades, Cornet has developed and manufactured technologies that help our warfighters communicate, share critical information and operate effectively in some of the world’s most challenging environments. We’re proud that this important work is being done in Fairfax County, and excited to see Cornet continuing to invest, innovate and grow here.”
