Nat Krishnan is one of the original founders of Cornet Technology, Inc. During his first 15-year tenure, he led and managed the company’s Federal Group, helping establish Cornet’s reputation in the defense and federal markets. In 2004, he left Cornet to lead his daughter’s company, K4 Solutions, Inc., where he mentored the leadership team and supported the company’s growth to more than $20 million in annual revenue.

Following the passing of Cornet’s CEO, Mr. Nat Kumar, in 2021, Mr. Krishnan returned to assume leadership of the company. Since then, he has overseen all corporate functions and operations while guiding the management team toward long-term strategic growth.

Before his initial arrival at Cornet in 1989/1990, Mr. Krishnan spent more than 15 years in Pennsylvania’s steel industry, ultimately serving as General Manager.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (IIT), a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
