After expiration of the warranty period, defective equipment may be returned to Cornet Technology, Inc. for repair. Please fill out an RMA form and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Cornet Technology, Inc. prior to returning any equipment for service.

When calling for out of warranty service, please have the following information available:

  • Equipment Model number
  • Equipment Serial number
  • Date of Purchase, if known
  • Details of the problem encountered

All equipment will be repaired at the current repair rates. Shipping charges to and from Cornet Technology, Inc. are to the responsibility of the client.
