When most clients think of the words "Customer or Technical Service" they think of or visualize a person or persons sitting behind a help desk answering phone calls. At Cornet Technology Communications answering customer calls is just one of the many functions our Technical Service Engineers perform. They are highly skilled and trained engineers that perform such duties as Project Management, planning, implementation and installation of complex data/voice/video systems, integration of our products into a client's network, and most of all specialized and personal technical services to our customers.

They are committed to excellence and take pride in 100% customer satisfaction. They are second to none.

Our Technical Service staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for warranty and Service Level Agreement (SLA) calls.
